The Inter-Residence Council strives to foster an inclusive, inspiring experience for the 8,500 on-campus residents of NC State University. With a General Assembly comprised of delegates from each residence hall or area council, IRC puts residents in contact with campus leaders to address important issues pertinent to the NC State community. We have our meetings every Thursday evening to have these conversations with each other and administration.
As an organization, we also host campus traditions such as Silent Disco, Chillin’ n’ Grillin’, and Run Dance Glow in order to bring the community together, all while inspiring student leaders to embody IRC’s trademark slogan, “Live Close. Go Far.”
